A fruity and mildly spicy twist on the classic margarita. This cocktail features botanicals of blood orange, lemon zest, jalapeño and cumin; a combination that pairs wonderfully with agave based spirits. At only 3.5% sugar this margarita is a whooping 40% less sugar than a classic margarita recipe.

RECIPE AND METHOD
1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker
2. Add 100ml Hibiscus & 50ml Tequila (ratio 2:1)
3. Shake for 10 seconds
4. Strain into a martini glass or margarita glass
To make this cocktail you will need something to measure and shake with. Bar equipment helps but is not essential. Feel free to shake in a jam jar and measure with an egg cup or shot glass. Measure 2 parts Hibiscus mixer 1 part vodka and you are good to go.
