INGREDIENTS

MUZAI Yuzu & Thyme -100ml

Gin - 25ml

Cucumber Juice 25ml

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake for 12 seconds

2. Strain straight into a highball glass filled with ice

3. Garnish with a strip of cucumber
