Fruity, tart & mouthwatering. This non-alcoholic cocktail was launched at John Lewis's roof top bar and was a firm favourite. Botanicals of blood orange, lemon zest, chilli & cumin play off the stone fruit notes of organic hibiscus for a full flavoured experience.
INGREDIENTS
MUZAI Hibiscus - 100ml
Soda Water - 50ml
Lime Peel
METHOD
1. Fill a short glass with ice.
2. Add MUZAI & then the soda water, and lightly stir through.
3. Squeeze a twist of lime peel over the top of the glass to release the essential oils, and place into the cocktail.
