A refreshing, lower alcohol (5.5%) cocktail with complex citrus notes of yuzu & grapefruit with a mildly spicy bite of jalapeno on the finish.
INGREDIENTS
MUZAI Yuzu & Thyme -100ml
Tequila - 25ml
Grapefruit Juice - 25ml
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake for 12 seconds
2. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice
3. Squeeze a twist of grapefruit peel over the top of the glass to release the essential oils, and place in the drink
