A spicy, fresh and citrus forward cocktail that provides a serious pick me up. Adjust the level of spice by adding more or less chilli to the shaking tin. Remember a little goes a long way.

INGREDIENTS

MUZAI Lemongrass & Ginger -100ml

Tequila - 50ml

Coriander & Fresh Chilli

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake for 12 seconds

2. Fine strain into a short glass of ice

3. Garnish with a slice of chilli & sprig of coriander
