INGREDIENTS

MUZAI Lemongrass & Ginger -100ml

Gin - 50ml & Soda Water - 25ml

Mint & Green Peppercorns

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients except soda water to a shaker with ice and shake for 12 seconds

2. Fine strain into coupe or martini glass & top with soda water

2. Top with 25ml soda water & garnish with a few peppercorns & mint leaf
