INGREDIENTS
MUZAI Yuzu & Thyme -100ml
Soda Water - 50ml
Basil Leaves
METHOD
1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
2. Add MUZAI & followed by soda water, and lightly stir through.
3. Place a few basil leaves in the palm of your hand and give them a slap to release their aroma then place in the cocktail
