Yuzu is an amazing citrus fruit from Japan loved by bartenders the world over. It tastes like a cross between a mandarin, lemon and orange, it's delicious and complex. We pair Yuzu with the woody and minty notes of Thyme in our No.3 cocktail mixer. Simply shake with Gin and you have a citrusy and herbaceous cocktail that is a real crowd pleaser, particularly at a dinner party. We recommend garnishing with a basil leaf for extra flavour magic!

RECIPE AND METHOD
1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker
2. Add 100ml Yuzu & Thyme Muzai & 50ml Gin (ratio 2:1)
3. Shake for 10 seconds
4. Strain into a coupe or martini glass
To make this cocktail you will need something to measure and shake with. Bar equipment helps but is not essential. Feel free to shake in a jam jar and measure with an egg cup or shot glass. Measure 2 parts Yuzu mixer 1 part Gin and you are good to go.
